WALLIX Strengthens its Community of Experts with a New Training Program

- WALLIX is launching a new training program in line with the cybersecurity value chain of its solutions: identity, application, and data security.
- WALLIX Academy, the skills and training center created by WALLIX, offers new multi-level certifying training courses that can be accessed in e-learning, in-person, and remote formats.
- WALLIX Certified Administrator (WCA), launches as the new training course for WALLIX Bastion administrators.
Paris, 8 July 2020 -WALLIX (Euronext ALLIX), a European cybersecurity software publisher and expert in privileged access management (PAM), is launching a new training program in order to respond more broadly to its customers’ needs, strengthen its expert integrators’ knowledge and consolidate its community of certified professionals worldwide.
A TRAINING PROGRAM FOR THE COMPLETE WALLIX PORTFOLIO
WALLIX solutions facilitate companies’ digital transformations by enhancing the security of access to infrastructure, applications and data:
- WALLIX Bastion: Privileged access protection (PAM)
- WALLIX BestSafe: Endpoint privilege management (EPM)
- WALLIX Trustelem: Identity and application access management (IDaaS)
- WALLIX Authenticator: Proof of user identity (MFA)
To enable reseller partners and customers to master the entire product offering, WALLIX is providing a new training program through the WALLIX Academy skills and training center. New e-learning training offerings will be available to reseller partners wishing to improve their knowledge of the use cases and advantages of WALLIX solutions. In-person and remote certification courses will be provided for partners and customers who wish to operate and maintain the solutions directly.
Grégory Rousseau, VP Customer Success at WALLIX, explains: “With WALLIX Academy’s various training courses and modules, our partners and customers can select the training program that best suits their profile and needs. Our aim is also to offer new e-learning training courses for our partners each month, in order to continue to provide our network with all the skills necessary for promoting, handling, deploying and maintaining our solutions.”
One of the most significant new features of this program offered by the WALLIX Academy is the WALLIX Bastion administration training course, WALLIX Certified Administrator (WCA). This module is intended for engineers and technicians working with WALLIX’s end users and reseller partners who wish to manage the day-to-day monitoring and operation of the WALLIX Bastion.

A NEW PROGRAM TO EXPAND WALLIX’S COMMUNITY OF EXPERTS ON AN INTERNATIONAL SCALE
All those certified in using WALLIX products form a community of experts, the WALLIX Club. This is organized into three groups, namely decision-makers or customer CIOs, partner account managers, and all certified customers and partners. Grégory Rousseau adds, “With the new training program we’re launching, we will add renewed energy to our community of certified professionals who will be able to interact, discuss and share information on all the solutions we offer. I’m thinking in particular of all the technical value and feedback we’ll be able to pass on to them in terms of privilege escalation management (WALLIX BestSafe) and identity federation and application access control (WALLIX Trustelem).”
