Our channel is driven by distributor partners and reseller/integrator partners, and at the focus of our reseller program are three levels of accreditation:
INITIAL, intended for partners who wish to gain deeper knowledge about the BASTION PROFESSIONAL, and offer their clients products from this range while enjoying access to vendor support.
The PREMIER level, which requires at least one WCP-certified and one WCE-certified employee in the partner’s organization. Having these qualifications in place ensures partners’ ability to reinforce their expertise in this area and provide their clients with proven high-quality service with regard to the BASTION ENTERPRISE product range.
As for the ELITE level, it allows partners to offer differentiated services while simultaneously providing a very high level of expertise on the solution and the BASTION ENTERPRISE range. This level requires at least two WCP-certified and two WCE-certified employees in the partner’s organization. In addition to vendor support, integrators or distributors can also benefit from additional expertise (WCS) that would enable them to offer enterprise-class support.
