Jean-Noël de Galzain, Chairman

Having begun his career in the production of cultural audiovisual content (documentaries, historical drama), Jean-Noël launched into multimedia publishing in 1995 with Best Of Media. In 1997, he was recruited to develop innovative ICT projects in France and then abroad: the CLIHOP and Medinweb health portals, where he worked for two years. He took over a small IT services company in 1999 to found the Aurora Group, which quickly became a leading French free software specialist. The company was sold in 2003 to the Business & Decisions Group. In October 2003, with a team of Linux security experts and the "TotalSecure" technology base, he founded the IT security software publisher Wallix, which he now leads within the IF Research Group he also founded. Jean-Noël contributes to several technology start-ups, providing commercial, strategic and/or financial development. He has degrees in Mathematics and Economics. 

Amaury Rosset

Amaury is responsible for administrative and financial issues. He has wide experience of management in companies of varying sizes. Before Wallix, he worked for Hachette Filipacchi Medias from 1995 to 1999, where he successively held the posts of Management Controller, Asia-Pacific Project Manager (based in Hong Kong) and the group's Publishing Director for Hong Kong and Chinese editions. Since 2000, he has helped to set up and develop a multimedia communications agency, XLAB. Amaury holds degrees in Economics and Management (ESCMP).

Pierre-Yves Dargaud

Pierre-Yves is currently Chief Executive of Access2net. Before joining Access2net, Pierre-Yves served as Financial Director at several IT firms, including the Sligos group, then as a Partner at the Apax Partners & Cie Finance business bank, where he was responsible for the IT sector. In 1992 he founded Euro Fi Conseils, a mergers and acquisitions consultancy specialising in the IT sector; the company went on to join the Apax Partners group in July 1999. He has advised the directors of a great many listed and unlisted companies on their expansion strategies in France and Europe.
Pierre-Yves holds a Masters in Management Science and a postgraduate degree in Management and Finance, which he obtained in the management doctoral programme at ESC Lyon.

Sacha Labourey

Sacha currently advises IT start-ups. Before leaving Red Hat in March 2009, he was co-president of JBoss Middleware at the company, responsible for bringing to market and delivering JBoss solutions. Sacha joined Red Hat through its acquisition of JBoss, where he was Director of Operations, overseeing the technical management of JBoss middleware. He was the first employee of JBoss in Europe and, as CEO, led the strategy and partnerships that enabled the business to grow in the region. After the acquisition, Sacha remained Director of Operations for JBoss and played a crucial role in the integration and implementation of JBoss software in Red Hat products.

Stéphane Taunay

Board Member (IEP Paris, ESSEC). Stéphane has followed an entrepreneurial route that has led him to set up and sell several companies, particularly in the area of on-line technologies, before joining Sopromec.

Joël Templier

Joel directed the IT operations of KPMG Peat Marwick before spending seven years leading the CSC "Business Solutions" and "Application Services" units as Vice President.
